Ordering Online

When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order.
Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed by Premier Equine International Ltd. and will only be used to send a requested catalogue or process a requested order. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisations. You can use MasterCard/Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/Solo/Switch/Amex/PayPal.

Please be careful when ordering as we cannot put two orders together and refund postage.We can change a size or colour of the same product on an order that has been made but we cannot change to a different product. We would therefore have to cancel the order so the customer may re-order again.

Returns, Exchanges and Complaints

Returns Policy: 

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Premier Equine, we strive to provide you with a level of quality you have come to expect.
If however you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from premierequine.co.uk you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy: Items purchased online from Monday 7th November 2016 can be returned up until Tuesday 31st January 2017.


Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are not damaged, and in original packaging. Any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund.
Will be done for any items returned (at customers expense) which are not damaged and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. P&P free on UK mainland for exchanges to be sent out. Countries off mainland UK will be charged as postal rates on exchanges to be sent back out. Any exchanges or replacements will be delivered to the delivery address on the original invoice.

We offer a Returns Service for £6.95 per 30kg box for customers on the UK mainland, please call 01469 532279 to book a collection.
You can choose a postal option of your own choice (at customerís expense) we advise you get proof of postage with a tracking facility.

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately.
Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Accidental damage and normal wear and tear is not covered. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website and the catalogue, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Vouchers are redeemable at the checkout area against any merchandise online at www.premierequine.co.uk or over the phone directly with us; 01469 532279.
  • Gift Vouchers can only be used once, after use the discount code will be deactivated and cannot be used again, passed on or carried forward, you may however retain the voucher itself. 
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed with any of our retailing stores or at shows, including Olympia.
  • Multiple Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
  • Any Gift Voucher amount must be spent in full and any amount remaining will not be carried forward or refunded.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash amount.
  • Please treat a Gift Voucher as cash in terms of security. Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes, but can be used on sale items.
  • Premier Equine reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
  • Premier Equine reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
