Extended Christmas Returns Policy: Items purchased online from Monday 7th November 2016 can be returned up until Tuesday 31st January 2017. Customers do not need to contact us when using the extended Christmas returns policy.

Delivery
UK - Standard Delivery - £4.95! FREE delivery on orders over £100. Delivery is 3-4 working days.
UK Pre-12pm Delivery Next Working Day (Monday-Friday) £10.95.
UK Saturday Delivery £14.95. These services can be restricted by postcode and will only show when available.
2 Days - Scottish Highlands, Shetland, Orkney, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland.
2-3 Days - Jersey & Guernsey. We do not deliver to BFPO Addresses.
Gift Vouchers - UK Standard delivery £2.50 - vouchers are sent out via Royal Mail First Class signed for service.
We can deliver with an NSR (No Signature Required).
If you request a parcel is left safe this is at your own risk and claims cannot be made for lost deliveries.

Europe - following countries are: Standard Delivery - £9.95 - FREE delivery on orders over £100.

3-4 Days - Italy, Spain (mainland), Czech Republic.
4-5 Days - Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Slovakia, Finland, Switzerland, Norway.


International - USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa: Please use the shipping fee estimate in the cart after you have entered your products. For USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa you will automatically be deducted 20% VAT off the retail price.

Additional Charges & Customs:
If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be charged import duty by the customs department in your country.
Customs fees and import taxes are therefore additional to the delivery costs associated with your order.



Returns
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Premier Equine, we strive to provide you with a level of quality you have come to expect.
If however you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from premierequine.co.uk you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.


Refunds will be made for any items returned which are not damaged, and in original packaging. Any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund.

Exchanges
Will be done for any items returned which are not damaged and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. P&P is free on UK mainland for exchanges to be sent out. Countries off mainland UK will be charged as postal rates on exchanges to be sent back out.

We offer a Returns Service for £6.95 per 30kg box for customers on the UK mainland, please call 01469 532279 to book a collection.
You can choose a postal option of your own choice (at customerís expense) we advise you get proof of postage with a tracking facility.

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately.
Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Accidental damage and normal wear and tear is not covered. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website and the catalogue, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary.
