Approx Size Guide:

• Cold Gel wraps should only be used 5-15 minutes per session 2-4 times a day
.
• Remember that prolonged ice treatment can effect or discolour hair growth
• Cold Usage: place gel wraps in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.
• Cold therapy is ideal for traumatic hemorrage, heatstroke, itch, strain, scald, fatigue.
• Hot Usage: place gel wraps in microwave oven for 30-60 seconds for each time.
• Hot therapy is ideal for rheumatic pain, neural pain, sciatica, vertebral pain, improve mucous membrane scar after surgery.
