cold gel wraps should only be used 5-15 minutes per session 2-4 times a day
remember that prolonged ice treatment can effect or discolour hair growth
cold usage: place gel wraps in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.
cold therapy is ideal for traumatic hemorrage, heatstroke, itch, strain, scald, fatigue.
hot usage: place gel wraps in microwave oven for 30-60 seconds for each time.
hot therapy is ideal for rheumatic pain, neural pain, sciatica, vertebrae pain, improve mucous membrane scar after surgery.
