Weekends & Bank Holidays UK Standard Delivery - £4.95! FREE delivery on orders over £100. Delivery is 3-4 working days. (Orders must be over £100 to receive the free delivery option even if a voucher has been applied. For example, if your order is £101 and you apply a voucher of £10 this would take the total to £91 therefore, you will pay delivery.)

Returns
Policy: Customer satisfaction is our goal at Premier Equine, we strive to provide you
with a level of quality you have come to expect. If however you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from
premierequine.co.uk you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your
order for an exchange or refund. Refunds
will be made for any items returned which are not damaged, and in original
packaging. Any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be
returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the
missing items from any refund. Exchanges will be done for any items returned which are not damaged and in
original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. P&P free on UK
mainland for exchanges to be sent out. Countries off mainland UK will be
charged as postal rates on exchanges to be sent back out. We offer a Returns Service for £6.95 per 30kg box for customers on the UK
mainland, please call 01469 532279 to book a collection. You can
choose a postal option of your own choice (at customer’s expense) we advise you
get proof of postage with a tracking facility. Please send back to Premier Equine International Ltd., Uplands Lodge, East Marsh Road, Goxhill, North Lincolnshire DN19 7NQ Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor
workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately. Under no
circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be
deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Accidental damage
and normal wear and tear is not covered. Postage fees will be reimbursed for
justified damages. Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website and the catalogue,
but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue
any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. Prices
shown include VAT where applicable. These terms and conditions do not affect
consumer statutory rights.
