You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. 

We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for non-acceptance of an order. Please be careful when placing an order as we are unable to put two orders together and refund postage. 

We can change a size or colour of the same product on an order that has been made but we cannot change to a different product. We would, therefore, have to cancel the order so the customer may re-order again. VAT is charged where applicable to products and countries. Payment Methods - You can use MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Amex, PayPal. NSR Deliveries, we can deliver with No Signature Required for mainland UK based customers. If you request for your delivery to be left without a signature in a safe place this will be done so entirely at your own risk and should the parcel go missing we cannot be held liable for the missing parcel. Please note that if the courier does not deem it completely safe to leave your order without a signature then they will not do so. **IMPORTANT CHANGES TO NSR ** Please enter your delivery instructions through the DPD/DHL text or email you receive when we dispatch your order. Instructions on the label are no longer valid.
