Orders

You can order online at www.premierequine.co.uk which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Alternatively you can call our order line on 01469 532279 Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and our sales team will be happy to answer your questions and help with your order.

We are closed weekends & bank holidays.

We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.

Dispatch & Delivery

UK standard delivery is £4.95 and free on orders over £100.

We offer a variety of delivery options. For details, please see our Delivery information page.

Once your order has been confirmed we will dispatch your order to the address you have listed as "delivery/shipping address". Please ensure that all parts of your delivery/shipping address are correct when placing your order or this may delay the dispatch of your order.

If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery you can call 01469 532279 and quote your order number to track the progress of your order.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from www.premierequine.co.uk you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for either an exchange or a refund*.

*UK mainland customers can return items to us for an exchange or refund. UK/ Channel Islands, European and International customers may return items to us for a refund only.

Returning Items To Us

DPD Return To Shop Portal  - UK Mainland Only

You can easily return items to us by using the DPD return to shop portal here.
You will not be charged at the point of booking*.

Simply package your item, print your DPD returns label and take the parcel to your nearest DPD drop off shop at a time that is convenient to you.

When your item arrives back to us we will process your exchange or refund.
Exchanges: free of charge.
*Refunds: £6.50 per 20kg parcel will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Collection From Door - UK Mainland Only 

We can arrange for DPD to collect your item from your door any day Monday-Friday for £10 which is payable by card at the time of booking.

Post Office/ Local Courier

You can return items to us using your own methods, however we advise using a trackable service.

Duties & Taxes - Europe & International

Depending on your order's value, your Premier Equine parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties.

If your parcel is charged, Duties and Taxes for your parcel will be calculated and payable at checkout. 

These charges vary widely from country to country, and it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. 

We have taken all necessary steps to ensure all Duties and Taxes will have been paid on all parcels passing through customs. This means there should be no additional Duties or Taxes to be paid upon passing through customs in your country. 

If delivery fails, you may be subject to the delivery and return costs being deducted from your refund.

What Do I Do If I've Received A Faulty Product?

If you have received a product that you believe is faulty, please email sales@premierequine.co.uk including as much information as possible such as: order number, the date you ordered, a description of the fault and attach photos showing the fault clearly. 

Our customer services team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Club PE

Club PE members are entitled to a % discount off their order total at checkout (maximum 10%) based on their historical spend with Premier Equine directly (www.premierequine.co.uk). 

In order to enjoy Club PE member discounts, you must join the club here. 

The historical spend of an individual's account is based on their previous 2 years' worth of orders. 

Club PE discount tiers are as follows:

Silver level: £50-£200 total spend - 5% discount off future orders.

Gold level: £200-£500 total spend - 7% discount off future orders.

Platinum level: £500+ total spend - 10% discount off future orders.

This discount will automatically apply at checkout on full priced items, excluding E-Vouchers and Gift Vouchers.
