Job Description
Premier Equine is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Administrator to help shape how our brand is seen online.
This is a hands-on role across social media, email marketing, website content, product launches, customer engagement and photo shoot preparation.
It would suit someone with strong equestrian knowledge, a creative eye and a genuine desire to build a career in digital marketing.
You do not need to be the finished article. You do need to be organised, accurate, confident with digital platforms and genuinely interested in horses, riders and equestrian customers.

About the Role
As Digital Marketing Administrator, you will support the daily delivery of Premier Equine’s marketing activity across our B2C and B2B websites, social media channels, email campaigns and customer-facing content.
You will help create, review and organise content that is seen by thousands of riders. You will also support campaign launches, update website content, assist with social media activity and help ensure our brand is presented clearly and professionally online.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and supporting engaging content for social media, email marketing and digital campaigns
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Responding to customer service queries received through social media
- Posting, monitoring and responding to customer reviews on relevant review platforms
- Supporting the planning and creation of daily social media posts
- Assisting with upcoming campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
- Reviewing and assisting with email marketing content
- Checking content before it goes live to ensure accuracy, quality and attention to detail
- Compiling and reviewing social media statistics across various platforms
- Updating product information across B2C and B2B websites
- Editing, uploading and updating images for both websites
- Organising and maintaining the digital asset library
- Adding sale products and promotional updates to the relevant websites
- Supporting website presentation, product pages and campaign pages
- Assisting with photo shoot preparation, content creation days and campaign planning
- Helping maintain a consistent and premium brand presence across all digital channels
What We’re Looking For
- The right person will have:
- Strong equestrian knowledge or hands-on equestrian experience
- Genuine interest in horses, riders and equestrian products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- A confident and professional communication style
- Good organisation skills
- A creative eye for content, images and brand presentation
- Confidence using digital platforms and learning new systems
- A reliable, proactive and structured working style
- High levels of empathy, integrity and accountability
- The ability to work well with colleagues across different departments
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn, improve and succeed
- Equestrian knowledge is essential for this role.
Experience Required
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:
Digital marketing, Social media content, Email marketing, Website content management, E-commerce, Product launches, Copywriting, Customer engagement, Content creation , Photography or photo shoot coordination, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok or similar digital platforms
