Ordering Online

You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.

We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. 

We can change a size or colour of the same product on an order that has been placed, but we cannot change to a different product.

We are unable to combine orders together and refund postage

If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract, and cancel the order (see clause 8 - Your rights to end the contract).

When Is VAT Charged?

VAT is charged where applicable to products and countries.

No Signature Required (NSR) Deliveries

We can deliver with No Signature Required for mainland UK based customers.

Please enter your delivery instructions through the DPD/DHL text or email you receive when we dispatch your order.

Instructions on the label are no longer valid. All European and International orders do require a signature.

National and International Orders: We are not able to deliver to a PO Box address except for South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.

If you request for your delivery to be left without a signature in a safe place this will be done so entirely at your own risk and should the parcel go missing we, cannot be held liable for the missing parcel. Please note that if the courier does not deem it completely safe to leave your order without a signature then they will not do so.

Will I Be Charged Customs and Import Duties?

International & Switzerland

Depending on your order's value, your Premier Equine parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties.

If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges vary widely from country to country so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so that you are not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. 

If delivery fails, you may be subject to the delivery and return costs being deducted from your refund.

Depending on your order's value, your Premier Equine parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties.

If your parcel is charged, Duties and Taxes for your parcel will be calculated and payable at checkout.

We have taken all necessary steps to ensure all Duties and Taxes will have been paid on all parcels passing through customs. This means there should be no additional Duties or Taxes to be paid upon passing through customs in your country.

Discount codes cannot be redeemed with any of our retailing stores.

Discount codes cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
